Refund policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for instance, if you received an incorrect or defective item).
Custom & Personalized Items
We take pride in creating unique pieces tailored specifically to you. Because of their bespoke nature, please note the following exceptions:
- Personalization: Items created to your specific order — such as those featuring custom engraving on the product or the box, gift messages, or any other form of personalization — cannot be returned or exchanged. These pieces are crafted uniquely for you and cannot be restocked.
- Custom-Cut Belts: Since each belt is handcrafted to your specific requirements and the leather strap is cut to a precise length according to your order, these items are considered unique commissions and are not eligible for return. We want your new accessory to fit perfectly, so we kindly ask you to double-check your measurements before placing an order.
Refund Process
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive it much more quickly. This time period includes:
- Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days);
- Processing time once we receive your return (3 to 5 business days);
- Bank processing time for the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
How to Initiate a Return
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu, and click the 'Return Item(s)' button. We will notify you via email once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
