- Custom-Cut Belts: Since each belt is handcrafted to your specific requirements and the leather strap is cut to a precise length, these items are considered unique commissions and are not eligible for return. Refund Process
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, though in many cases you will receive it much sooner. This timeline includes:
